How old was this buck? Someone was kind enough to kill him for trespassing on my land. They even let him lay where he died as a reminder to other deer to stay away. Actually, his skeleton lies less than 200 yards from my house! Grrrr, spent an hour today walking & searching for early sheds. No joy there, but found 4 deer skeletons. One was this buck with his horns cut off.

Next fall several of my camera's will be on entry access points to my property instead of traditional scrape lines.

 
Did you find the lower jawbome, or do you just have the skull itself. Without the lower jawbone, I'm going to guess 2.5 based on wear of the upper teeth. But I could easily sway to 1.5 or 3.5 if we had pics of lower jawbone
