Age??

I have seen this deer a couple of times this season and decided to pass on him, after looking at him closer I am debating on his age. Do you all think this deer is just a healthy 2.5 or possibly a 3.5 yo?

I would guess 3.5. Can't say that I would fault anyone for taking a deer of this size though, unless there were rules and / or size limits in place. But, hope he makes it

I'm thinking he's an underweight 3.5 y/o... a lot of weight up front, but his back end is unusually small for a 3.5, tho

Agreed. Everything up front looks 3.5 to me.
