Listened to the entire game on the way home from WKY. Was pleasantly surprised XM had the Vols call since it was in college station.
Seemed like a good win. A&M kept within striking distance but never could close the gap enough. They're not a real high power offense so I don't know what to take away from our defensive performance but 23 assists is impressive against anyone. I guess it's mostly a testament to our depth considering all leading scorers from the AR game ended up with low single digits. Vescovi doesn't have to go 6/10 every night, but if he can consistently shoot 40-50% from behind the arc it will add a whole other element to our offense. Sounded like Springer had a good game facilitating a lot of scoring.
