ahhh now i see...shot

Take a loose arrow and place it on the side of the riser beside a nocked arrow. Move rest left or right until the nocked arrow runs parallel to the arrow that is against the riser. Next, with an arrow nocked, look and make sure that the nocked arrow covers the two holes (berger holes) on the side of the riser beside the nocked arrow and adjust the rest up or down until the arrow covers the hole.

You really need to take it to a quality shop and let them check timing, cam lean, nock height, etc...., but doing the above should put it much better than it was.

yeah move the rest if you can't move the sight anymore...sounds like the rest was too far to the right. Mine has to be a little left of center, just a hair, otherwise the vanes will hit the riser (just the design of my bow).

do a walk-back test.

at 20 yds with your 20 yd pin, shoot at a spot.
walk back to 30 yds and with the same pin, shoot at the same spot. your shot will be low but left/right is what you are looking for.
do the same at 40 yds.
if each shot is farther right/left than the previous shot, adjust the rest.

To be honest this is just a knock around bow I bought just to mess with I have $125 in it... came with sights, rest , 4 arrows and a release would be ashamed to let a professional see it lol

Hahah!! You need to go spend some time at some of the bow shops during this time of the year...and then you would see you have no reason to be ashamed of what you have. Trust me. There are people right now, that are getting the bug to get a bow, that are going to find one at a yardsale or pawn shop somewhere. The bow is going to be 30+ yrs old; often times with the original string on it, 3" too long draw length for them. They are going to come in the bow shops by the dozens, wanting their new found treasure to be as quiet and fast as the newer bows, and are going to get down right hateful when told there ain't no way to do it with what they have. I have seen it multiple times now...where some guy brings in 3 or 4 different bows...each of them having something wrong with them; wanting to make a Frankenbow out the good parts off the bows. And too many other stories to recount.

I'm sure any bow shop would welcome taking a look at your bow; and welcome a quick fix for ya. These fellas have you pointed in the right direction...which literally sounds like that was your particular problem (arrow rest centershot was off). Stik gave you the easiest way to check tuning on one via the walkback method.

Your goal with it, is to have all of the arrow groups fall in a straight line of your aim point. If the further from the target you get, your arrows are gradually walking left or right (when at 20 yards or so, it is dead center)...then you move the rest about a 1/16th at a time AWAY from the direction the arrows are walking towards. Example...if your 20 yard pin is centered dead on, and you shoot groups at 30 and 40 yards using your 20 yard pin, and your arrow groups are walking to the right....then you would move your arrow rest to the LEFT just a little bit. Then you're going to re-shoot and see what it does. Move your sight to make your 20 pin center again...then walk it back to 30 and 40...that will tell you what direction you need to move it in. But you will always move the rest in the opposite direction of where the arrows are walking, until they fall in a straight vertical line. Walking to the left = move rest to the right. Walking to the right = move rest to the left.
