About average, but the SKS, IMO, is a better weapon for accuracy, if you want 7.62x39 from that side of the world.

That depends on a couple details. Pistol grip vs thumbhole stock, threaded barrel vs non threaded. And if its an earlier SN vs later. They range from 900 to 1500 accordingly

It has a thumbhole with nice looking wood. Has a muzzle brake and bipod

I have an SKS that is scary accurate, gave $125.00 for it, been a while though. If I wanted an AK, I'd go with a Zastava, but accurate is the opposite of AK, just saying......

That's a pretty broad statement. You've obviously never shot a milled Arsenal with a good barrel.

Depends on your definition of accurate. It is not a sub minute of angle precision target rifle, and it was never designed for that purpose.
I have asked people that told me how inaccurate my ak's were if they were confident enough in their statement to go stand downrange at 300 yards and have 3 rounds fired at them from a properly aimed ak fired by a trained and experienced operator.
No takers so far.
