Greene Co best I can tell is I have 7 different bears coming thru every 2 weeks.

Living in the mountains you have to get use to the thought, you may walk upon a bear at anytime! I've done it many, many times. Never really get use to it though...

Looks like you need to do a little bear hunting. I had a property we hunted in greene county a few years back and never saw any bears but saw a ton of sign that they were around

If I hunted in your area I would have to carry a 44 magnum during bow season. I would not worry about the laws if I knew I had 7 bears roaming around.
