Ames Turkey hunters

Does anybody on here have a turkey membership, the reason I ask is one of the guys in our lease watched a guy come off Ames this morning with a Tom decoy trying to kill a bird on us, our member elected to stay on the turkey instead of confronting the trespasser but I believe I know where the guy would have to be parking and I know they have to sign in.

I'm an Ames turkey club member. What would you like me to do for you? If you know who it was then we can make them aware. Only a few of the members are also deer club members so they may not know the lines as well but that's no excuse. I can make Allan Houston aware of the situation too. Sorry about that, as it should not happen. I was near a line last week and had to let three gobblers go. It's not fun but that just the way it goes sometimes.

It wouldn't even make me that mad except this guy could have gotten shot, let Alan know for me, the guy had to be parked in the calabel area.

^^^ Assuming an approach from Cali Bell (E/SE), do you think it could've been anyone from the private ground south of Cali Bell? Just a thought......

I mean it's possible but we have had issues with deer hunters coming in on us off Ames from the same area, I know they were from Ames so I assumed it's from the same area
