Have any of y'all used the rechargeable Amp Torrent Li-ion batteries? What is/was your experience if you have used them?

Back when I used homebrew cameras (hacked digital cameras), I used rechargeables almost exclusively. I loved the money-saving advantage of rechargeables, but they did not last anywhere near as long as Energizer lithiums.

No experience with Amp Torrent. I still use Eneloop rechargeable AA batteries in my traditional Reconyx trail cameras and some of my Reveal cellular cameras. They perform best in colder weather, no two ways about it. Extremely hot weather drains them quickly. My .02

Well after reading the post Dave posted, I think I'll just keep using Energizer lithium's. Thanks for the info.
Energizer Ultimate Lithiums are expensive, but in the long run, I think they're worth it. My battery budget generally ends up being around $250/year, but I know my cameras will run all season (August 1 to mid-January) on video, black flash - which requires a lot of juice. If I were running only pictures, I bet those batteries would last 2 or 3 years.

I just run 2 cameras here at the home property and normally only do pics. The cost of the Energizers don't hurt too bad with just running those 2. I will just continue to keep doing what has been working for now.

If anyone else has used the Amp Torrent batteries, I would like to hear your opinion on them as well.
