This one is down right weird looking! I think the deformity on the right shoulder is from carrying all the front body weight on the shoulder, which is a much weaker (no direct bone attachment) joint than the hip.

Are those ticks are flies? Never seen ticks on a deer like that, and usually if something has got a bunch of flies like that its infected somewhere.
