Another Blackstone griddle

Got me a 17in Blackstone griddle at wally world for 74bucks. Seasoned it and tonights cook steak burgers and bacon. If you aint tried cube steak for a burger you need too. My new favorite meat for a burger, season with some salt black pepper garlic powder onion powder. The seasoning along with the cheese (if you want) gets in all the nocks and crannys of the cube stake. Especially on a griddle you get that diner sear. Add some bacon, cheese BAMMM...I have the attachment to run the griddle on a 20lb propane bottle. But couldn't find it so used the 1lb bottles I had on hand for my Big Buddy Heater.
