Had a quick but good hunt this morning !! Set up on a bird, saw him and I don't know how many hens pitch down. 5 hens walk by me headed toward the field, he gobbles and they turn and go right back to him Was hoping they would drag him by me !! 15 minutes later this bird goes to gobbling his head off out on the edge of the field, left bird I set up on and eased over to field edge, there he was 43 steps and a JELLYHEAD !! 9" beard, 1 1/8th spurs, 22 pounds. I'll take it anyday, out of the woods by 6:55 a.m. This bird never gobbled on the roost......Bird I set up on gobbled several times on the limb and once on the ground. TN #2
