Me and the lady friend went to the Tennessee River this morning. Fished from 7:30-1200. Put 14 keepers in the boat. She had a good one break off, never saw the fish but it had the pole bent double. Several small ones got to live another day to steal my baits and one big blue that was about to pop got another chance. Fun times.

Awesome! The channel cats must spawn first, then blues and flatheads. My cat bite has died...we were catching good blues and flatheads but now that has turned into channel cats that dink bite the cutbait. The channels were slamming a crankbait last night. We were trolling for walleye and couldn't keep the channels off.

Nice! What do you use for bait?

I've tried cutbait, crawdads, and everything. Catching everything on night crawlers and chicken livers.

Thanks. Running some yo-yos tonite for the first time. Caught some small bream and cut them up. Hoping to catch a few for the kids to pull up.
