Went Wed. morning for the first time ever. Had birds going off everywhere. A group of 4 jakes and 5 hens comes into the power line I am hunting,but the only one to commit towards me was a bearded hen. I was caught off guard and rushed the shot and missed. The question is will they be back around soon or did I mess up that spot? Hoping to go tomorrow. This is more addicting than duck hunting.
