so I bought one of their legacy glass calls last year (not very cheap) and LOVE IT. I moved in May to a new house and the glass on my call got broke in the process somehow. I emailed them last week when i finally noticed it was broke to see if i could get it fixed and sure enough they said to just send it back and they would fix it for free. Pretty awesome IMO as I REALLY didnt have the money to shell out for a new one this year.
