Another stuffed pork loin

[Cazador]

Pork loin stuffed with portabella mushroom and wrapped with prosciutto. The mushrooms are sauteed in wine with garlic, chalet, time and sparsely. The potatoes are sprinkled with butter, garlic and parmesan cheese. There's a light gravy made with heavy cream, Marsalis wine and chicken broth
