Had 14 antlerless in my little field this morning, all at the same time. Was either 3 or 4 different groups, 3 dominant does that did not seem to care much for each other, they did not all come from the same trail. No less than 3 of the 14 were button bucks, one larger appeared to have had his antlers busted off at the bases. Most tarsals were almost clean with little staining, with the biggest does being clean white.

Didn't see a single antlered deer, but had to cut my sit short and was down and walking back by 9. About 30 minutes north of Jackson. Would speculate that rutting activity here is for time most part over.

I'm seeing larger antlerless groups - of different social groups - feeding in food plots together as well.
