Generation schedules aren't pretty if you're a wade fisherman. I'd sure love to be on the Caney tomorrow, but it aint gonna happen. I'm up for a 2 hour road trip from Lebanon if anyone knows where I can go to get a line wet and catch some trout. And no, I'm not up for JPP below the dam to catch trout in the big city. :roll:

Not sure if they are generating though. The app on my phone for the TVA hasn't updated Normandy since Aug 2011.

Mine is up to date, it says they have been and will be discharging slightly over 1000cfs. Downstream elevation around 793 ft
 
You could also try the Harpeth River in Franklin if you like to wade, the trout spread out pretty quick after they stock them.
 
Thanks for the replies. I ended up going down to JPP anyway. I stayed and caught three and then left. Good to know about these other places for the future.
