It just got through raining and storming here. Had a jake way out in the field gobbling before it hit but he disappeared. I'm just sitting and listening now after the downpour storm

Watched one today gobbling his head off while the rain was pouring on him,he seemed to ignore the storm.

i had a few gobbles by the one bird before it rained, but nothing after. I was hoping the rain would put them out in the field, but it did nothing. I got up before I left and walked the property and hit the call...didnt see or hear a single thing.

Hunted from 9 am to 9 pm. Rode 60 miles on a 4 wheeler found trip not to hear a single thing! Long day!
