Is anyone going this coming weekend?I was thinking of going for the last weekend.I keep wanting to go every year but never do so Im going to try to.Not sure if the birds will gobble much this late or not
 
I'll be there. Went on Saturday and never heard a bird but I got out a bit late because of work. Got off at 4 and by the time I got home and then got back out the door I didn't arrive till bout 7 am. Kid killed one nice 3 yr old gob about 300 yards from my location. Only bird I know of that was killed and I talked to a dozen people or so and everyone said they heard little gobbling and it stopped once they hit the ground.

doesn't sound like they are gobbling much.Thats a long drive to make if the birds aren't gobbling.
 
Yes but I think that my other spots have been hunted hard and not hearing anything there anymore either. At least I know there are lot's of birds left in LBL
