Anyone tried there tss. I bought my daughter some for her 20 gauge. I just didn't want to get into loading 12s and 20s. Is it close to the hand loads? Just wondering? I'll shoot it and see of course.
Same thing I do. I'll probably buy a box or two of .410 TSS Federals once they hit the shelves.Roost 1":3u1ctyci said:I'll keep reloading 20ga but I'll buy my .410 shells from Apex.

The new Federal .410 TSS turkey loads . . . .
1 3/16 ounce of #9 TSS
Box of 5 listed for $25.99
If you get those with free shipping (may or may not)
works out to $5.20 per shell.

Whether Apex, Federal, or hand-loaded
very amazing that one can achieve standard 2 3/4" 12 ga traditional lead performance from a .410,
or something that is superior to 20 ga lead turkey shells.
