AR-Comp Powder

Anybody got a recipe for AR-Comp powder using a 100 or 105 grain bullet in a .243? I got powder and want to shoot my .243 long range. I got some Varget an RL-15 but wanna try the AR-Comp to see what it will do. Plus from what I hear, Varget powder is on the endangered species list in Tn.
