Well, it happened. I was adjusting my grip at full draw and had my finger on the release. The arrow squirted right and hit my privacy wood fence. I pulled the arrow out and didn't notice any damage. Are these carbon arrows good about not getting warped?

They will splinter a lot of times. I've never bent or warped a carbon arrow. Be sure to inspect it thoroughly to be sure there's nowhere it's starting to come apart.

I checked the arrow closely and saw nothing wrong with it.

I feel your pain
Another good way to check for damage is to rub a cotton ball on the arrow shaft
Look for any fibers being pulled out of the ball

Never thought of that. that's good advice!

Yep, the arrow was hard as heck to pull out of the wood and when it popped free I stabbed myself in the shin with the nock!

Ouch, I would have to find that arrow after I slung it across the yard.

Nah, just the pains of shooting a bow. I've busted my lip twice when I loosened my trigger on my release to use it as a back tension. It went off as I was drawing back and pow, fist in the face. Didn't have my finger close to the trigger. I've since readjusted the trigger and squeeze it like a gun.

Well, I am 1/16th Cherokee from my Scotch/English father (Walker), but my mom is of Swedish/German descent(Kliesen), so I burn/tan/white/burn/tan/white/then eventually skin cancer if not careful.
