where can i find some Arrow Nocks to replace the ones that my little brother lost when he shot his bow?

he is so upset because i just bought these new arrows today at bass pro shop to replace his old and worn out ones with.and he just shot 3 of them about twice and the nocks flew off and can't find them.

i been to every sporting goods store in my area and they said it's too early to have them in stock.i don't know any bow shops in my area that i can go to and buy some. i was thinking about taking these arrows back and tell get some more of a different kind or something.

any sugestions i hate to have to go back out and pay over a hundred bucks again but i don't have no other choice if i can't find some more nocks for these arrows i got before saturday.

they are the Red Head carbon MAX 2 Hunter arrows With 2 inch Blaser vanes.

i got a dozen of these things and it cost 139.99 with out tax added on.

Call a shop or the customer service line and ask what specific nocks will work. You should have to apply a decent amount of force to pull one out.

Did they come knocked or did you buy the origionals seperate?

well i was out there with him shooting my new Cross bow and we just been shooting normal as we always done nothing different.

if i can find the nocks i can put them back on with some good adhesive where they won't fly off again.

they came knocked right out of the box.

I don't know enough about this to help you anymore. Someone like Radar or 102 may chime in.

I personally wouldn't glue in a nock, especially one that was acting wrong.

oh i c i just hate that i paid all that money and they don't stand up to what they should be.

i might have to go tomorrow and take them back and get some other kind of arrows that is a little cheaper or something.

It sounds like you have the wrong nocks, but a neat little trick for loose nocks is to take a plastic grocery bag and cut a rectangle portion out of it about 1" X 3" and tightly wrap that around the nock and roll one end to where it forms a taper and then slide the nock back into the arrow and trim any plastic that comes out. This will work has a permament fix in most cases.

i'll try that if i can find the knocks for these arrows. i'm going to today and try one last place and see if they have them if not then i'll order them off the internet

I also shoot the Carbon Max2 arrows and I have never had that problem. Take them to Bass Pro and tell them you want your knocks replaced. They have plenty of knocks in stock.
