I was just wondering how much effect an arrow wrap has on the spine and the foc. I would like to add wraps for looks and easier retrieveablity, but also to slow down just a little. Do yall think that it would be neccesary to use a heavier field point to maintain a good foc% and how much would adding the wrap affect the spine.

I did wrap a couple of practice arrows and they do hit about 3.5" to 4" low at 30yds. Would this be due to the added weight of the arrow or do i need to do a little tuning. Seems like a lot of drop just for adding an arrow wrap.

I don't think that arrow wraps are heavy enough to affect the FOC .
I shoot a well tuned bow , and I can take several arrows of similar spine from a different manufacturer , some with wraps , some without ,and they all group close together out to 30 yards .

You could possible lighten your vanes by the same amount the wrap adds and keep the arrow weight/spine the same. If you add wraps and keep the same vanes you're going to slightly weaken the spine and change your impact point a bit, but it should be minimal. You'll probably want to walk back tune again then broadhead tune to make sure you're all dialed in.

The easier thing to do would be to tape off your vanes, nock and arrow then paint the back end of the arrow with spray paint. Adds very little weight and doen't "change" much.

Reckon why the darn things are dropping that much?

This may sound elementary - but if you are shooting field points make sure they are of the same weight. I had a pile of field points in my box that looked close enough alike that I couldn't visually tell them apart - but when I weighed them on a small scale some were 75 gr and some were 85 grains...
