It looks like Bama and everyone else again. They have an awesome offense, and their defense is quickly improving to the Alabama standard (everyone said that the D would take a step back this year, but I'm not seeing it).

I'm a UGA fan, but realistic. I just feel like they have 1 or 2 losses in them somewhere. I know that they haven't been tested yet, and are showing some flaws that better teams will exploit:
-I knew that the D would take a step back this season, but didn't realize it would be quite so far back. They can't get pressure on ANY qb (1 sack so far this season), and are having a hard time keeping a running back to short yards. They are decent-to-good, but I hope that they may gel and become better. Mizzou is gonna score some points next weekend.

-I thought that the offense would make up for the defensive shortcomings, which it may, but they have been less than stellar at pounding the ball. They have great big play ability, with tons of great athletes who can take it to the house on any given play, but no one has stepped up to be the premier running back yet, although they have a really good stable. I think that good defenses overcome good offenses, especially big-play offense that can't pound the rock.

-Special teams look really good.

Clemson looks good, but not great (see the Texas A&M game). Ohio State shows flashes, but is inconsistent and has little defense. Oklahoma plays nobody, so it's hard to tell how good they are. ND is WAY overrated. LSU and Auburn are flawed, but talented.

I just don't see anyone as good as Bama right now, despite blowouts or rankings.

Am I crazy?

1. if Tua plants his feet its a completion
2. the greatest coach, recruiter, talent evaluator, player developer and defensive guru now has a team averaging 50 points a game :bash:

not even fair.........

This ALABAMA team is scary . Scary good .

With the youth they have to build with imagine how scary they will be next year . I only see them getting stronger next year .

Georgia will be fine. They will continue to improve. Dambama is an unfortunate beast

Georgia has the most room to improve . By that I mean they have the talent and the skill set on hand to get the job done if they can get the players plugged in and in the same sheet of music and get the team functioning as a team . Right now they seem to be inconsistent in areas .

Two things will fix that . Chewing your food /smaller bites or learning to play football . Pick one :)

At least the Patriots and Bama give y'all something worth puking over :tu:
You know football season has started when people start whining about how bad they are playing . LOL

I said for the last 3 years if Alabama ever gets a quarterback they will be hard to handle.

Reminds me of the movie Happy Gilmore..

Uhhhh ohhhhhh somebody got a quarterback.

I really think, for some reason, Texas will show up big time this weekend. After that the only one that even might come close is Auburn.
Alabama is freaking good, no doubt about that.
