Thought this was pretty interesting.

USDA wild caught Catfish Fillet and Asian Carp Fillet is now being sold at Lakeway IGA in 2 pound and 5 pound packages. This fish comes from the Kentucky Lake and Barkley Lake. Please tell your friends and share the news!

They fed us Asian carp at our meeting last week for the regional tournament. It was good.

Probably sell more if they change the name to market it. Most people don't want to eat carp. Maybe fresh water flying fish!
