I converted the boat back to catfish mode and hit the river yesterday. Arrived at Pickwick Dam only to find that my cranking battery was dead. For some reason it didn't take a charge, so I went to local boat store and an hour $200 later I'm fishing. No current and high winds made it tough but we managed 6 in 4 hours. Including a tank of a channel cat that Ms Sandy caught. 27 1/2" long and 4.5 lb.

Great day that ends well.
