Bama 16.5 point spread?

I've bet both Ole Miss and Alabama on the over every game this year, but at 79.5 for this weekend, I don't think I can do it. I can get AL -14.5 right now on FanDuel.
 
I've learned when something seems too good to be true, it usually is. That said, it's hard not to bet the farm on alabama. What are the oddsmakers thinking? Is Ole Miss that good? Do they think Saban will take it easy on his old OC? One thing I know, when the oddsmakers beg you to take some easy money, RUN!

Bama won 63-48 last year. This one is going to be closer than that I believe. Qb's are basically dead even so far in stats
 
Both guys on sports radio think Ole Miss win game straight out, I would have to agree. Actually Arkansas and Miss look to be pretty good, those 2 would be my pick to win west

I've always been a hog fan after my vols. Hopefully their qb injury wasn't too serious but if he is out, they are going to go south quickly I'm afraid
 
I can certainly see Ole Miss upsetting Bama this weekend. It all depends on which Bama team shows up...at this point, when they are *on* they are really on...otherwise, they are very flat. Last year they had a high scoring explosive offense and so-so defense. The offense was so good they could still outscore opponents. This year...offense just hasn't found a steady consistent rhythm, and defense...is probably less than so-so. If they get behind early, or don't get a big lead early, I don't see them out pacing Ole Miss, even though they have home field. I may be over thinking it. That's why they play I guess.
 
Its certainly going to be a high scoring game on both sides of the ball. I think Ole Miss might just run the score up early on but ALABAMA defense will wear them down and make them run out of gas and take advantage of that and capture the win late in the game. I don't think ALABAMA will beat the spread on this one but close.

Did Bama wear UF down? They got stronger as the game went on. IMO Ole Miss has a better offense than UF
