What's wrong with youth sports today led to this across all of sports. Especially baseball…far too many classless organizations with win at all costs approaches melded with social media and internet marketing of youth athletes….pitiful.
I was taught you win with class and lose with class. My dad would've beat my backside even when I was in college had I done something like that. Bama isn't the only one as I can remember the UT football player flipping the fans off. Totally uncalled for.

I agree 💯. No way would my Dad let me act like that. They need discipline in their homes.
I hate they did that because I think they have a pretty good team this year and have been excited for the season.

IMO the beloved Vols baseball team falls. To this classless category for me as well. Some of the on field antics and "celebrations" under Vitello have been classless as well under his tenure IMO.

Even golf has been affected by this and social media…it takes away from the sport (which ever one it is). Heck, athlete's actions like this really started to devolve with John McEnroe and tennis IMO.

Sounds like the coach is apologizing for the photo, not for the actions of the players
Do you have a link to the comments from the coach? I'm curious about what he had to say about this and hope he is giving the players a bit of a lesson for this.
