1st i had to call ripcord tues for a new cord, i know you can make your own from dloop material but called them anyways. A lady picked up the phone on the 3rd ring and said one would be in the mail....that was tues....got it in the mail today. pretty fast seeing as it came from MT!
also my string stoppers on my assault are getting worn so i called bear today and told asked them were to get another set and the guy put me 4 new ones in the mail today for free.
