Anyone own one.Need your thoughts on this bow. Many years of top end bows and i am ready for a more affordable bow.Seems to have the speed and brace that i am looking for and the price is right. Is it an easy pulling bow? Im 61 years old and back and shoulder pain have made me think more and more of going to a 50lb bow. Its either that or a crossbow.Help! Thanks.

Bob, I looked at them at the ATA show. I was really impressed with how far Bear has come with their high end compound line. I looked at their lineup and I was impressed. I did not shoot one however. To be honest the rep was telling me all about them but I kept getting distracted by the rack of recurves next to the compounds. :D I think you would like it. There is at least one review from the ATA that ranked the Bears 2nd or 3rd overall.

I have a bear charge which was Bears lowest priced bow from a few years ago, and to be honest it was an outstanding bow for the price. Shot well, and had little hand shock. If you are looking for a bow in the Bear Method price range you might shoot the Hoyt Charger as well. I shot it a few weeks ago and it was really a well shooting bow. People seem to be really liking it as well.
