Hi, Guys. A friend of mine gave me an old (1978?) Bear Polar LTD bow. It's in really fine shape but here's the problem. The only way to change the draw length on it is to change out the eccentric wheels (and consequently the cables)on the ends of the limbs. I've been in contact with Bear Archery Products and they e-mailed me the manual for this bow, but they no longer carry any replacement parts for it since it's so old. I'd like to give it to my son, but the draw on it now is 32", and he doesn't yet have gorilla arms. If anybody out there knows where I might be able to get the 28" wheels (cat.# 4590) and the 30" wheels (cat.# 4591) and the corresponding cables I'd be forever greatful.

That is going to be a hard one to find. I know the bow you are talking about, I had a LTD II, actually the first bow my brother and I had. I may be able to find you some I'll need to make a few calls and talk to a couple of folks but I may pull this off.

AirMan: e-bay turned up a couple full bow setups, but no "parts"; I'll check back in a few days.
TP: I really appreciate you going out of your way; let me know what you turn up.
