Been a decent week!

I've had a slow start to the season, but this past week has been great! Saturday I hunted with a coworker on his property and took my first bird of the season. This hunt was textbook. He flew down off the roost to land 40 yards from the end of my gun barrel!

20.5 lbs, 9" beard, 7/8" Spurs

Hunted some public land before and after work during the week. Had a few close encounters until Friday. Got to my parking spot at 4:30 and was leaving the WMA with a bird in the truck in 40 minutes! This dude had some HOOKS!

22 lbs., 9" beard, 1 3/8" spurs.
