Is the fence to keep hogs out?

The bottom part is hog panel to keep the hogs out and because of the drought, I have had to add posts and barbwire to the top to keep the cows out. I have some kamikazi cows. Sometimes they win, sometimes I win. Cant wait till it starts raining again.
