Shane Simpson. Dude can not only talk pure turkey, but also do coyote, loon, and other animals on a mouth call. He's got some videos explaining the ins and outs of using a mouth call.

If you live where its possible, buy a couple hen turkeys. THEY will teach you more than any human possibly could.

I'll echo what others have said about Shane Simpson. His instructional videos are the best I've seen on YouTube. No doubt Dave could make a good video too but I doubt he wants to reveal all of his secrets. Just remember that it's almost impossible for 2 people to run the same mouth call exactly alike. Learn what sounds you can make by differing air flow and tongue pressure, then make it sound like a turkey.

Agreed, Shane has the best instructional videos out there.
But when it comes to actual hunting, I LOVE how he isn't afraid to throw out kee kees, jake yelps, gobbler whines,, and even gobbles.
He's the only other person on you tube that uses the same calls I do (aside for gobbles... I use them, but only as a last resort when I know I don't have a chance at a tom any longer). He isn't afraid to mix it up when a bird hangs up.
