Todd Fuhrman set the odds for all 14 SEC/Big 10 matchups if they were to play...only 4 will actually play and the SEC is favored in 3.

Alabama vs MSU…Alabama -10 vs. Michigan State (actual line)

Florida vs OSU: Ohio St -13.5

Ole Miss vs Iowa: Ole Miss -7.5

LSU vs Michigan: LSU -2.5

Tennessee vs Northwestern…Tennessee -9 vs. Northwestern (actual line)

Arkansas vs Wisconsin: PK

Georgia vs Penn State…Georgia -7 vs. Penn State (actual line)

Texas A&M vs Nebraska: Texas A&M -7

Miss St vs Indiana: Mississippi St -12.5

Auburn vs Illinois: Auburn -7.5

Vandy vs Minnesota: Minnesota -2.5

Kentucky vs Rutgers: Kentucky -4.5

Missouri vs Maryland: Missouri -5

South Carolina vs Purdue: South Carolina -6.5

So the Vegas lines per Todd Fuhrman would be SEC 11, Big Ten 2, and 1 pick'em.

You "SEC fans" are really going to make it hard for me to cheer for Florida to beat _ichigan.

I do want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Fuhrman for providing more bulletin board material for Sparty. Dantonio is 9-4 as a dog, including 7-1 against top 5 opponents. He and his team thrive on this kind of stuff, but they already had all the bulletin board material they needed after Derrick Henry's comment.

Ok, when has Todd ever favored the big 10 in anything to do with football?

That wasn't a very good Iowa team and I was not surprised they got beat. Wouldn't mind a rematch this year but they usually don't pair up # 5 with #23 very often! Everyone knows on paper the SEC is one of or the strongest conference, but sometimes paper and reality don't always go as predicted.

You are right. That is why the Vols are favored over a #12 team.

North western isn't a bad team so we'll see how it plays out. Who knows but will agree TN is better than their record shows.

How did Iowa get so much better in one year? We were 7-6 last year, so we weren't great either.

It's actually quite simple. As Finebaum said last Sunday, the B1G is the best conf and the SEC East continued its decline. :D

this qb fits the team and they like playing for him. I didn't like roudoc or what ever his name and the team just didn't mix good with him. Betherd is a better passer and a heck of a runner. Couple different coaches this year and it's not the same old run 3 plays and punt and the defense has blitzed more this year than the last 3 years combined. If iowa gets a 3 star guy we think we're on top of the world. Ferenz just seems to make a decent team from left over no one else wants. Every so often the team is above average and this year is the exception. They'll never blow anyone out by 40 points because he chooses to play the clock when they get a lead and make the others make mistakes. We could've lost 4 games easy this year but closed the door in the last 4 minutes which we lacked that last year. Iowa isn't even noticed at the start of the year and probably won't next year again so that's why they very seldom get any respect. No the big 10 is not a dominating conference but does have a few teams that seem to play under the radar and surprise a few every once in awhile. Iowa is one of them this year. Just hope they finish it off now.
