Leading tackler marcell Harris (Saftey) to miss the 2017 season (ACL)

Harris played in all 13 games for the Gators last season and has made 37 career appearances during his Florida career. Harris led the team in tackles and contributed two interceptions as a junior. He registered a combined 95 tackles the last two seasons for the Gators.

Harris recorded a team-leading 73 tackles during 2016, including 39 during the season's final four games. This included a stop on the goal-line stand at LSU.
 
Yeah we was already thin back there... Huge blow!! Gonna be young in the secondary this year. They have talent but not much expierence. Vet qbs can expose youth.
 
Junior defensive back Chris Williamson is no longer with the Florida Gators football team and will transfer, multiple sources told Gator Country.

Williamson played in 14 games, making one start in 2017 (UMass), throughout his first two seasons in Gainesville...

He only started bcse of a injury to the real starter. This was news to gator fans a few weeks ago.
