After a quiet morning with birds to watch that wouldn't work with me I heard a distant gobble. Double timed it to find they were across a field on a ridge. Combo of diaphragm clucks with cutting and purring on a glass call brought him off the ridge down to my field with three jakes. Being patient sealed the deal as I was off the field in some thick stuff and only had a straight on shot so I had to call him close with soft yelps. 10.5" beard and 3/4" spurs. Gobbles, spit and drummed all the way to my barrel.
