Birthday supper

Now that I have found the reverse searing method for steaks all I wanted for my bday was a big fat ribeye ( I have never liked restaurant ribeye because of the tough chewy fat) and got the wife a fillet wrapped in bacon. Now that I have started cooking steaks this way the fat is my favorite part. If you havent tried this method your really missing out.

Looks amazing ! And ribeye fat gets fought over around our house ! If done right it's a great taste to a good bite . Full of flavor
