Guys I have a 1-2-3 recipe I've used for years.
1 cup of milk, 2 cups of self rising floor, 3 table spoons of mayo . I know what your thinking but mayo is just flavored lard and you will never taste the mayo in the Finished biscuits.
Mix, roll out and cut or drop and cook at 350. Comes out perfect every time by the time the gravy's ready.
