black gold sights

Anyone use these? Im looking at getting a ambush from them and im curios about the quality

Yes...I'm a Black Gold fan. I have the Ascent and love it. I've owned other Black Gold sights. They have very bright pins, tough and lifetime warranty. Run it over with your car and call Black Gold, they will take care of you.

Yea they are nice. I have changed to HHA but like the black gold sights.

I am going the opposite, hha to black gold. I saw some nice g5 sights but they seemed poorly made, anyone use these?

they are very good sites, some complain the pins housings are large and can fill up your sight picture. I am prob going back to Black Gold from trying other sites with nothing really blowing me away.

I want to try a G5 optix XR but can never find one in black for less then $100. I also really want to try an hha but i just dont think i can do the slider type sights for hunting. Just seems like if things happen in a hurry you have to make sure you set the pin for the yardage you need, then if it changes fast you are pretty much stuck.

On the slider issue, i set mine on a certain distance and practiced different shots with it, i know that takes away from the point of a slider, but there arent many single pins i like a lot

I have tried black gold great sights, have tried the hha sight loved the slider,have tried G5 I wouldn't never own another cheap built always stuff coming loose, now I shoot CBE sights and wow is all I can say
