anybody read todays paper,he would like the limit to stay the same but allow 2 birds per day, what say the majority,mike243

I don't like it either. The opportunity for a crippled bird would present itself when the hunter tried to swing and get a shot off at the second bird.

I'd prefer hunting him another day.

I read Bob's article and can see his point, to a point.
I've even had days, like Bob, when I wished I could kill a 2nd turkey.

However, I believe most turkey hunters, including Bob Hodge, will kill more turkeys annually if the limit remains 1 a day.

I'd rather see the limit remain 1 daily.

Bob Hodge?.....
Momma always said if you can't say somthin nice nice about somebody it best just to say nothing at all.....Thats all I'm gonna say about that...

I understand what you are implying, and agree, why would anyone put any credence in what that bafoon has to say. ;)

I read the article last night, and think I am dumber now after reading it. I really wonder if Bob Hodge is the BEST possible outdoor writer the News Sentinel can get, I certainly hope not as the articles are usually laughable at best.
