This is awesome on so many levels. Won't make much difference, but at least it peels back the curtain to the quagmire that is TN football.

Knew this was coming the moment he was announced as Director .

Orange color glasses will welcome FP with open arms . After all in their eyes he is one of theirs .

Honest question... Would TN fans want Fulmer to take the HC job again?

With the exception of Kiffin, I would have preferred Fulmer over any other coach since he was fired. However, I have zero interest in him replacing Pruitt for at least another year. IMO, he has been exceedingly supportive of Pruitt, and has tried to give him everything he needs to succeed.

Thamel is a click generating hack.

Wouldn't be head over heals about it but wouldn't be upset either.

With that being said, I would rather him stay in his position and do well there.

I don't know the story of Fulmer backstabbing Majors, but that's all I hear.
