Did I just overlook it or did the bow pic thread get gone? My home computer has been fried and I've been on public library computers. It feels good to be back and I've been DYING to post a pic of my baby. So here we are.

I heard a lot of folks say that the 82nd Airborne wasn't a good tourney bow and all this other stuff about low brace height bows not being able to shoot. Well so far I'm having a decent year in 3D with mine :) I hope it keeps improving as we go on. Just checked the results of the Bucks2Beards State qualifier this past weekend and I won my class in that too! Thank the good Lord for that! This is the first you all have seen of the bow since I put the red/black string and wrist sling on it. I figured being a preacher and all that I would use it as a conversation piece. It takes the blood (red) to cover the sin (black). All I need now is a white shooting shirt to be represented as being washed white as snow :D

No need to show off my bow . I'll just say congrats on the win , and you have a nice looking setup. ;) BTW , where's the head on your 3-D target ? :D

The head on my deer target...well when I first got the target I think either a dog or another deer came into the yard and got into a fight with it. It broke the deers head off and I never could get it to stay on after that.

That Block 4x4 was bought in February of this year and it's already shooting through on all 4 sides. I have been putting dots and stickers on it to shoot in different places but they are starting to get shot through too. Gonna have to dish out some $$ for a target that can take some abuse.

CT - you might want to look at the Morrell Outdoor Range bag target. Mine holds up to a lot of arrows. A replacement cover for it is relatively cheap too.
