I have never had an issue with it digging into the limbs with the leather pads installed . I have used one for 20 years now and never had a single problem . I have used it on dozens of bows . It's probably one of the safest presses to use on bows without fear of damage to the riser or limbs . I have never heard of one causing any damage either .bobthebowhunter said:I don't like it. I bought one and think that the way the cable is forced into the limb couldn't be good for it. They give you little pieces of leather so the cables won't dig into the limb, but I don't think the limb what designed to with hold that much presure in that particular way. This comment might make more since if you actually try one.
