Bow Stand for Short Stab Set Ups?

I run into the same trouble. And the answer I've found is...no.

What I see most people doing at the ASA shoots, is propping their bow against their chair/stool and or just laying it on top of it. The first time I took mine to an ASA shoot, I never sit in it. I just used it as a prop for my bow and used the drink cooler under the seat to keep my Powerades cold. And to hold my "lucky pig".

If you have a stab shorter than 12" the only thing you can really do is use two arrows going forward on each side of the bow with the nock attached near the top cam and that will form a triangle....but that is a pain to deal with. If your stab is 12", or longer just lean the bow forward on the ground until the stab hits the ground and attach one arrow near the top cam and the point on the ground.

There is a product, http://www.polemountainoutdoors.com/ind ... l&itemid=2 , that I have attached to the bottom of the riser going over the bottom limb pocket on my tourney setup, that has two legs on it and I just set the bow down and I can position it to rest either the stab or the camI really don't like to see cams in the dirt, even though alot of people do it.

That's so funny cause that's exactly what I used my 3D stool for. It was basically a glorified bow prop.

I thought about just getting a cheap bow hanger from Lancaster and walking the course with it. It could function as a walking stick/bow hanger.

UTG, I have used the same kickstand has Rickym demonstrated in a configuration with a 12" AEP stabilizer and it let the bow rest on the ground via the stab and kickstand, instead of on the cam in the dirtyou should be able to do the same with your Spyder.
