I HAVE A HOTY VIPER TECH IT IS A RIGHT HANDED BOW BUT I SHOOT LEFT HANDED I HAVE THE PINS MAXED OUT AND IM AM STILL 3 " OFF TOO THE LEFT SHOULD I GET NEW SIGHTS. IF SO WHAT SIGHT SHOULD I GET
 
Not sure I completely have a visual, but sounds like you need a left handed bow if you are shooting left handed. So many things to account for when shooting a bow "backwards". If you are just looking for recommendations on a sight, there are so many to look at, but my next one will be a HHA single pin.
 
Buy a left handed bow if you are shooting left handed ! Don't try to make a bow work for you , buy a bow that fits you !

X2!!! You're inviting a whole host of problems by doing what your doing. Check Archery Talk because there are alot of bows for sale on there. If your interested I have a friend that is left handed and has an absolute collection of left handed bows, I can call him and see if he would/could part with 1 of the dozen or so that he has..
 
What distance are you shooting? 3" off at 40 yards is a smaller correction than 3" off at 20 yards.

I don't think a new sight will solve your issue. I agree that a left-handed bow would be best, but I understand sometimes you have to make do with what you've got. Are you able to move your arrow rest any? That might help.
 
I WILL TRY TO OVE MY ARROW REST . AND SEE IF THATS HELPS YEA ITS SUX SHOOTING LEFT BUT I REALLY LOVE THE WAY THE HOYT SHOOTS MAYBE I WILL HAVE TO TRADE THE BOW FOR A LEFTY THANKS GUYS.

It would be wise to get the correct LH bow that fits you properly . You will be able to shoot with correct form and bow setup without any issues with the sights or arrow rest setup .

YOU NEED TO GET A BOW THAT'S FIT FOR YOU! WHY IN GOD'S NAME WOULD YOU EVEN ATTEMPT THAT! THAT'S LIKE DRIVING A CAR BACKWARDS DOWN THE INTERSTATE! NO BUENO MY FRIEND, NO BUENO!
 
i also am left handed and have tried this one time to shoot my buddies rh bow and all i can say is awkward. try getting the right bow to start with if funds allow
