Bowhunting Targets?

Is there any benefit to practicing on 3D turkey targets in preparation for the Spring season, or just stick with the usual block or bag?

Can't see how it would hurt. Turkeys don't have a nice circular bullseye printed over their vitals so I guess it could help to have a 3D target. I've never used one myself
