Ok :tu:

And they have beat NO one so far in 2015 :tu: people are looking way to much into UTs week 1 Game.

Just glad they got the W, and it looks like everyone stayed healthy That's the most important things.

We will know Saturday what kinda team Tennessee has.

Point is Wrangler, they are FAR from being the opponent you've made them out to be. They won 8 games against a bunch of loser teams and lost to every decent team they played.

You can find weak teams on everybody's schedule, look at the team Florida just beat,NMS,one of the worst teams in college football, won only 2 games last year.Bowling Green has a very good QB and good running backs and receivers. Most analysts said the QB and good receiver would be playing on Sundays

Worthless thread Domer.

Sure, BG didn't light up anybody in 2014 because their QB, Matt Johnson, the one that started against UT Saturday, missed pretty much the entire 2014 season with a hip injury. Here is a little bit of info on him from the 2013 season.

Johnson torched secondaries around the MAC throughout the season leading his Falcons to a MAC championship berth against the 12th ranked team in the nation in Northern Illinois. During the championship game Johnson continued his tear of exceptional play, absolutely dismantling NIU's secondary and showing up the potential Heisman candidate Jordan Lynch. The Championship game was arguably his best game of the season as he threw for 393 yards and five touchdowns. Matty J was named the MVP of the championship game and ultimately showed to his followers that he was in fact the real deal. Overall Johnson compiled 3,467 yards, which ranks fourth in school history for a season; and his 25 touchdowns ranks fourth most in a single season.

BG defense is just as crappy as it was last year, and last year it was horrible.
Ok :rotf: and UT scored 59 points? 0 turnovers? What was they supposed to do put up 70+ like ole miss against powerhouse Tennessee Martin?

You guys are trying way to hard :tu:

You guys are looking way to much into a week #1 game that Tennessee ended up winning by 29 lol kinda sad.

Bringing up BG last years stats? And who they played LAST YEAR who cares?

It was WEEK 1, Tennessee got the W and stayed healthy Move on try hards lol

Shhh, don't spoil it for them.

As said previously, he will be the best QB we will face all year ;) :P !

most pundits i saw were predicting a 35-15 or 38-15 game, and one even said UT would be happy with that. i'm amazed at the lengths some people will go to in order try to find something negative to say about a college football team.

There is sure a lot of people (TROLLS) concerned about UT's ability to play football, and the teams they are playing! :bash: Personally, I didn't see any top 25 teams having a challenge :bore: But TROLLS just love to :stir: and :poke: because they feel mighty behind the keyboard. I will be a Tennessee fan even when they are 0-12, not that I like it, but it is who I am, just like being an American, I won't be changing countries because China have bigger bombs. :moon:

Heads have to be sore today after this thread. The mental gymnastics and intellectual consternation that this thread must have posed to Vols fans and most $EC fans leaves me with images of hair on fire and steam rising from ears. With all the OSU bashing about their schedule and the many fists pounding on tables all across $EC land this fine Tuesday ("it's so unfair, darnit"), I can just imagine all of you on the one hand building up the BGSU Falcons while on the other smack talking the undisputed national champions who, unless you are an Alabama fan, you will never, I say NEVER play save for some quirk in the scheduling 7-10 years from now. THE FIGHTING FALCONS who hail from lovely Bowling Green, Ohio, just south of Toledo down I-75 (a place I have only foggy memories of lo those 30 plus years ago). The mental adroitness of Vols fans able to build up BGSU from the conference of Ohio State cupcakes and the same FIGHTING FALCONS that have rose to the challenge of a football Saturday afternoon in Columbus oh so many times only to be beaten down by 50, 60, even 70 points, save when one Urban Frank Meyer strode the sidelines. I can only be impressed.

Is the ice helping your brains at this point?
