Has anybody shot the new Dead Eye or the Fugitive. If so what do yall think about them. Thanks
 
i like the material that bowtech uses, almost feels like a teflon coating or something,, i think it would be nice on those cold mornings

This coating is known as the "In Velvet" finish. Only bows 08 and up have it, and it is/was? and option.

I've never shot anything but Bowtech, except for my first bow which was a mathews. I switched for obvious reasons.
Unfortunately I haven't had any experience with the bows since Marlin bought them out in 2010...I think it was marlin. I decided to go back to school so my bow collection has decreased drastically. I have owned 6 of them in various models since 2006 and I have never had a problem with them that I couldn't handle myself..and I don't run a shop lol. My favorite bow which I still shoot to the current day is the Allegiance. I'd hate to try to think of how may arrows I have put through that bow and all I've had to do is replace the string and cables.
Good luck, try finding a shop that has the two you're looking at and give them a try.
 
my first bow was a tomcat and i shot it for a long time, i shoot mathews now but really considered the guardian when i was looking, may still get a new one this year
